Meet the Linked Team

Dorothy Largay is Founder and CEO of Linked Foundation.  Prior to starting Linked three years ago, Dorothy was a management consultant specializing in leadership and organizational development. Her career includes 15 years of executive coaching to high-tech and bio-tech companies, serving as the Executive Director at the Santa Clara University’s Executive Development Center, and the Director of Worldwide Leadership Development at Apple, Inc. She received her B.A. from Boston College and Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Oregon. Dorothy is Board Chair of Direct Relief International www.directrelief.org. 

Nancy Swanson is the Executive Director of the Linked Foundation. Nancy spent much of her career in the private sector and received the company’s highest national sales award producing over $110 million for a Fortune 500 Company.  Nancy received her B.A. from the University of California San Diego and M.A. from the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School of Communications.  She is on the Board of the Eleos Foundation www.eleosfoundation.net, a member of the 2001-2002 class of Katherine Harvey Fellows at the Santa Barbara Foundation and the Founding Member of "9-1-1 for Kids" a national nonprofit organization. 

 Pati Griffin is the Administrator of Linked Foundation. Pati graduated from Southern Oregon University with a degree in English and Photojournalism. Before moving to Santa Barbara Pati was an Office Manager for several businesses in the Oregon area.
